Poor Stay
familyI paid rs. 3951 for one day stay thinking that this is a threw star hotel. But the property was very dirty. Bad smell was everywhere. Bathroom was dirty. Wardrobe was having very bad smell. Poor breakfast. Cold poha. No standard of tea. I don't know how some property owners are shameless taking huge amount from customers and not providing minimum services. I shall never visit this property again.

Terrible Stay
Breakfast was including telecom was not working. And i even asked for breakfast by going to reception they delayed for 2 hours and yet didn't bring. Even on reminder they did same to didnt work and staff very unfriendly

Good Stay
Located near the main city market. Food quality was awesome in the main course. Sandwich quality needs to be improved. Hospitality and room services up to the mark. Room area was very large.

Very good experience
soloThey were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10 am. We got to hotel super early and i didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Nice atmosphere
businessWalking distance to everything downtown. Beautiful rooms, great ambiance in the hotel dining room and bar. We didn’t eat so i can’t rate the food, although others looked like they were enjoying it! we will come again!

soloBeautiful downtown hotel with nice roof top bar. Rooms have historic feel with old hard wood floors, yet modern as bathrooms have white subway tiles with tvs in each bathroom. Staff is wonderful and accommodating providing upgrades when available.

Food not good. Very limited items they served. Within same package can get much batter options with other hotel both receptions person they behave good till you are there after checkout very rude behaviour.
