AC room was very well maintained and was pleasent to stay in. Though, ordering food from their kitchen can be an issue as things are either not available or the kitchen is closed. However, upon your arrival, you requested to upgrade to an AC room. Our front office team informed you that there would be an additional charge of Rs. 1000 for the upgrade. After your consent, the AC room was provided, and the billing for the same was done separately and shared with you. Regarding the concern about curd, we would like to inform you that curd was provided complimentary along with the paratha and no separate payment was collected for it. recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and pleasant. My room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, and housekeeping maintained high standards throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The hotel's location was convenient, close to key attractions and public transport. The overall ambiance was calm and relaxing, perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.
