Good Stay
Place was nice and clean restaurant was also great the included breakfast buffet was good. Overall 9/10 place staff could take more intiative regarding amenities but worth the money

Poor Stay
Room was of premium category which was quite good. Food was ok. However, the service was very poor.

Good Stay
Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The property is very good. The staff is very courteous and the rooms are clean and quite spacious. The best part is the good. It was excellent.

Average Stay
Location - Near Airport, Room is too small and with very minimal lights. In first sight it looks dark and shady. Staff is not cooperative they will say No to everything. But they serve tasty and variety of breakfast. But restaurant is little costly.

Fantastic hotel, very polite and courteous staff. The olive garden restaurant is fantastic with breakfast made to order and very high quality dinner items. Will definitely visit the golden leaf the next time i visit ranchi.
