this is extremely unprofessional from your side that without informing me you had closed the request and there were no calls made to me as my phone is switch on throughout the time infact when we had a discussion last night you were keen on closing the request from your end however i had told you not to close the same without discussion with me in the morning. till now there is no response from hotel end and they have not provided the items that i had mentioned in my complainant request and i am not accepting the ₹200 compensation from your end as the service provided by the hotel is not as per the list mentioned and also there's no discussion with me about the same. this is highly disappointing and unprofessional from the hotel side that intend to close the issue without resolving the same

They deny check in. When you speak on call no one will respond. When you reach at property they will tell that tarif is low so we are denying checkin

I had booked the room for my relatives. The experience was horrible. First of all, when they entered the given room, it was not cleaned at all. The bedsheet was wrinkled, there were used cups with dried up tea, the room was full of hair on the floor. Secondly, we asked for an extra bed as the room was for 3 people. In the name of extra bed, they gave a thin mattress on the floor. At last, 3 people had to adjust on the bed. It was a horrible experience.
