The guy at the hotel reception ask for more money and you refuse to pay then he will not let you check-in. Terrible

At the time of checking, receptionist take extra payment of 300 to use the service ac, also room was not like hotel room it was just like normal room, also the have not provided complimentary water bottle. Also tv was not working.

When a customer check in at room, hotel should keep soap, and shampoos.

The hotel manager denied for giving the room at fare it was booked and asked for additional 500 rupees to alot the room. I booked and reached the hotel late night and there wasn't any other option available i paid the extra 500 rupees to hotel and took the room. The facilities were pathetic and the staff behaviour was unpleasant.

Hard to find the location. Man in reception is full of attitude rude n has no basic respect. Poor hygiene. No hot water no footmats at washroom. Room and bed very untidy no minimum service. Worst hotel worst staff. Horrible stay.

they charged extra money ... I booked hotel at price and manager of hotel charged me 300₹ more.
