It was nice and good to stay in this place.

Hotel room was not clean properly, and everything was working properly except telephone line. Staff was friendly. bedsheets and towel were also not clean

Calling it a third class hotel would be a compliment for them so I'll not even call it that. pathetic stay, no telephone in room to contact reception, no towels, or water bottle in room, no water in washroom in morning, door locks not working properly... place sucks

The worst experience ac was not working in the shower was also not working properly The mattress was not cleaning not recommended and I can't stay here with family couple friends according to price too much 😕

The doors and walls are very thin. You can hear almost everyone passing by. There were plenty of cockroaches in washroom and under the bed. Literally went and bought repellent spray

Room is not clean and linens are dirty and too much old. Tap is broken even Door lock also broken they proved TALA CHABI and some cockroaches moving around - on bed and side table...

stay was decent , but there were some few things that I didn't like is there is no cleanliness like cigarette buds were there near windows and back area , bucket and mug were not clean , few cockroach near bed and toilet . Rather the staff is good hospitality is good .

Squeaky bed, unclean sheets, broken bucket, and cockroaches inside the room. The room is untidy and the bathroom stinks.

A very Bad smell in a complete hotel dirty room and bed sheets towels are Black bathroom is unhygienic

I liked the test of food. Rooms are also clean all services are good but this time water issue is there so little disappointed. But overall stay was very good.

Date of Stay: 4th January to 5th January 2025 I recently stayed at Townhouse Alpha, Hinjawadi, Pune, and it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The location is the only positive aspect of this property, but everything else was completely unacceptable. The rooms were in a deplorable state—dirty, old, and poorly maintained. Plaster was peeling off in several places, and to make matters worse, I found spiders and cobwebs in the washroom and near the shower area. Basic amenities like water bottles and a coffee maker were missing, and the intercom wasn’t functional either. The most frustrating part of my stay happened on the day of checkout. From 5 a.m., there was no running water in the bathroom. With no working intercom, I tried contacting the hotel using the mobile number they provided, only to find it switched off. After repeated failed attempts, I went down to the reception and was told the motor had burnt out. Their solution? Provide water in buckets and ask me to “adjust.” This level of service and neglect is completely unacceptable. Would I recommend this hotel? Absolutely not. Do not book this hotel under any circumstances. Spend your money elsewhere for a cleaner, more professional, and stress-free experience. Rating: 0/5

There's power cut for multiple times and almost for 2-3hours in single night. Intercom and lift was not working. I had to walk to the reception where there was no one. Then somehow i searched for one guy somehow who was sleeping and he said that generator will start in 5min. I took his phone number and then i went back to room and wait for some time. After half hour later i called the guy and he told me to wait for some more time. After lot of struggle the power was back and i finally go to sleep 4 o'clock in morning.

Worst service, no respect. No water provided. Overall everything was a bad experience. Especially the reception boy

This is a worst hotel to stay, direct black bed sheets. Doors don’t get locked. They don’t even give water bottles in room

Good stay, nice breakfast. Main location and closer to mall and dmart which is very convenient. Clean and neat rooms, friendly staff and overall it’s good stay

It's a deep regret and concern that despite repeatedly highlighting various issues and promises made, the situation still remains same and due attention has not been provided. As per my last call with miss kabita sahoo, i was told immediate action will be taken but neither did i receive any further callback nor any actions were taken to improve my situation. I feel cheated and lost with no help rendered and forced to spend a day at a hotel where no promises are delivered and things are far from reality in terms of amenities and ambience
