I stayed at Tiger Trails Resort, Bandhavgarh with my family in early June. Although our check-in was scheduled for the 2nd, we arrived at 2:00 AM on the 3rd. The night manager responded promptly and guided us to the property without any delay, which was much appreciated after a long journey.
The resort is located approximately 2–3 km from the main road, offering a peaceful setting with no disturbance from traffic. The environment provides an authentic forest atmosphere, ideal for those looking to disconnect and unwind.
Accommodation was excellent — rooms were spacious, clean, and designed with a classic old bungalow aesthetic that added character to the stay. The ambiance of the property is quiet and refreshing.
Staff throughout the resort were courteous and helpful. We had two safari bookings — one in the evening on 3rd June and one early morning on 4th June. The resort arranged timely wake-up calls, and breakfast with water for the ride.
Dining at the in-house restaurant was a pleasant experience. We preferred light, digestible meals during our stay, and the kitchen accommodated this well. Dinner included freshly prepared dishes such as chicken roast, dal, rice, and roti. The included breakfast was generous and well-planned, with options like toast, butter, upma, omelette, juice, tea, puri with aloo sabzi, cornflakes, and milk — all served fresh.
The resort’s calm setting, swimming pool, and proximity to the Tala core zone make it an ideal choice for travellers seeking a relaxing and nature-focused stay.
I found no issues during my visit and would recommend Tiger Trails Resort to families and groups looking for a comfortable and well-managed accommodation near Tala Gate, Bandhavgarh National Park.
