This was my second visit to this Hotel Chandralok. Hotel staff were not intimated by mm t team about my booking, hence rooms were not ready. I had booked in club class category whereas Hotel Chandralok staff were keen to give me a lower category room. My experience during my first visit was good, this was the reason to book my stay in the same Hotel Chandralok also in same category. Later after discussion i was given the club class category room. It was almost a chaos situation for half an hour during check-in.
