sorry for inconvinience caused to you at the property even after proper booking... but it was just due to failure of proper channel manager for the valid rates applicable for a suite room as it cannot be sold on lower rates ...we appologies for inconvinioence caused to you as we are available at your service to provide you the satisfaction but just with valid rates,,, alll this issue was a big technical mistake from our side...waiting for your next visit to provide you our best service ...we wil provide you the hospitality that you could not regret.

Hotel staff was not at all supportive. There was full mismanagement and all places. Anything ordered will take forepber to come and they just simply write complimentary breakfast because they never serve it on time and keep delaying it so that guest will check out eventually. When i was staying i specially asked them to provide me breakfast till 7:30 am but they never provided and they kept saying it will be take 20-30 min more.

businessThis was my second visit to this hotel. Hotel staff were not intimated by mm t team about my booking, hence rooms were not ready. I had booked in club class category whereas hotel staff were keen to give me a lower category room. My experience during my first visit was good, this was the reason to book my stay in the same hotel also in same category. Later after discussion i was given the club class category room. It was almost a chaos situation for half an hour during check-in.
