Vijan Business Hotel

Rooms r good center of city easy to locate but prob only breakfast no varity & not good also overall good

We have booked 02 rooms, room no 301&303. 303 room not haves water glass and kettle power point not worked. Also food quality was not good as aspect.

They don’t provide basic amenities in the room and if we ask the staff behaves very rudely. Lack basic hospitality behaviour

bad experience, cigarette smoking smell severe in rooms corridors and all. Electric kettle was not there in room. Restaurant peoples are not taking or accepting call when we tried for room dining. Rest facilities are good, but necessities like these are not been satisfied.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, neat, and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast had plenty of options and tasted delicious. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Experience in vijan hotel was awesome.It would have been if they had provided dinner too as there were no nearby hotels.Roomwise it was excellent.

Breakfast issues... and misguide us by the hotel Receptionist... They have no idea about the location of Jabalpur tourist spot and want to take commission when I book a car... They give me some driver Number ... The Driver want 3500/- but I book a car from Out side and the driver take only 2800/- . Thanks.

Room service is very bad and late! Additionally there is no proper parking for the cars!🚙

i have to wait 15-20 minutes for check in as none of the person was available at reception to attend the customer. After check in into room, i observed bedbug roaming in the room. Hotel staff took this incident very casually and ultimately i have to change my room. Housekeeping services also poor. When i called for laundry, staff said to keep in the room as they will collect it.But while coming at the evening i m seeing my clothes as i have left in the morning. In room dining also not well. Person not picking calls in the morning also to order tea at 8.00 AM.. Overall a very bad experience by a reputed name in the hotel industry at Jabalpur

It was worth the money. Room was hi-tech with efficient electronic panels. Food was good. Room was very neat & clean

I recently stayed at Vijan Business Hotel, Jabalpur, and while the property itself looks impressive and well-designed, my overall experience was mixed. Before arriving, I called the hotel twice to inquire about the availability of a cab from the airport. On both occasions, the help desk staff assured me they would check and call back, but no one ever did. This lack of follow-through clearly reflects poor front desk coordination and a lack of professional responsibility — not something expected from a business-class hotel. Upon check-in, I faced another inconvenience — there were no bath towels available in the room. Despite several reminders, it took almost two hours before I finally received one. The repeated requests for such a basic amenity were quite disappointing. That said, the rooms themselves were excellent — clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The entire switching system was touch-controlled, making lighting and temperature adjustment seamless. The smart OLED TV, comfortable bedding, and neat washroom added a premium feel to the stay. The interiors had a refined finish, and the housekeeping staff maintained good hygiene standards. The hotel is located in a central and easily accessible area of Jabalpur, close to major markets and restaurants, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Parking space is adequate, and the surroundings are relatively peaceful for a good night’s rest. Overall, Vijan Business Hotel offers great infrastructure and comfort, but the service quality, especially at the front desk, needs serious improvement. With better staff responsiveness and professional handling of guest requests, it could truly stand out as one of Jabalpur’s best business hotels

Great hotel to stay and breakfast was also good. Linen was clean and all accessories were previously provided.
