i was good here until i ordered bottle of water. the experience just went bad to worse when water bottles came after 2 hours and series of people came for apology where i asked not to disturb anymore

Location: Located in quiet, serene neighborhood, surrounded by lush green hills, pleasant climate. Aesthetics and ambience were of international standards, calm and soothing. Food: Both Indian and International cuisines was served. Independence Day Special Brunch was organized. Scrumptious appetizers and desserts... Amenities: Swimming pool, Fitness centre, In room service, ample parking, buffet were available.. Services: The entire staff of Hilton, Jabalpur looked after us very well. We had purchased plants in Jabalpur,so they took care of it. Highly professional, courteous and caring staff. Excellent service given to us. The day when we checked out they packed complimentary mix cut fruit for journey to Mumbai. We have now planned to visit Hilton Garden Inn, Jabalpur next year as well to relax from our hectic work schedule in Mumbai.

from a star hotels' point of view, I expect the AC in the room to work to the perfection, and also, the bathroom floor has v poor sloping, especially the one where the WC sits. Room num 420. Pls have some water poured where the WC is and then see what happens. Apart from these the hotel was good. But these two aspects left a poor taste in my mind about the hilton.
