Royal Orbit

Firstly when I entered into the room drilling work was going outside ok that I bared as only for half hour later I wanted to take shower but hot water not coming after calling multiple times person came and solved the issue also same problem I faced next morning. At end I want to say so lazy staff I ever seen in such reputed hotel

Good location and spacious room but wash room and other facilities needs upgradation. Showers and hot water facilities needs improvement otherwise it is good.

The property is elegantly maintained and is having excellent ambience, very good restaurant with sumptuous food. Housekeeping needs some improvements.

Had a pleasant stay at Royal Orbit. The infrastructure is impressive, with ample parking space available. Conveniently located right off the highway, making access easy. Rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the room service was prompt and courteous. Overall, the staff was supportive and ensured a comfortable experience.

I was good experience hotel ambience is good, I was traveling to Patna and it is s a excellent stay near highway. Food is good. Room is neat and clean.

The property is well built. The rooms were great but the management and services are terrible. Room cleaning was not appropriate. Even after requesting room freshener multiple times, nobody attended my request. The staff was not trained at all. They were very unprofessional. Not a good experience over all.

The property is good but not well maintained. Small things can make your experience go bad like.. There is no shelf in the bathroom to place anything.. also it is very small.. There is only one socket near bed for chargers or any other electric device to use. Our room didn't had a key so we have to go to reception everytime to get our room unlocked. Pool was big but not that clean. Shower rooms near pool were having webs and was totally dirty. No elevator from parking to any other floors Now the good things- Staff was helpful and well behaved. Food was super delicious and restaurant staff have amazing service. No problem what so ever with the staff, really appreciate the staff.
