room was nice. bathroom was clean.Ambience was joyful

Well maintained room , food taste so good, rooms are cleaned, all staff supported, location of Hotel are good,

The property is good but not well maintained. Small things can make your experience go bad like.. There is no shelf in the bathroom to place anything.. also it is very small.. There is only one socket near bed for chargers or any other electric device to use. Our room didn't had a key so we have to go to reception everytime to get our room unlocked. Pool was big but not that clean. Shower rooms near pool were having webs and was totally dirty. No elevator from parking to any other floors Now the good things- Staff was helpful and well behaved. Food was super delicious and restaurant staff have amazing service. No problem what so ever with the staff, really appreciate the staff.

Bad smell in room. Uncleaned floor in room, Water jam in bathroom. No hot water in bathroom for bathing. No one responding for complaints even after multiple calls. Really pathetic experience. If you can't take any action on hotel, atleast don't suggest this hotel to anyone henceforth.

I visited hotel for my anniversary. Stay was excellent. I was alloted winter green room. Room was clean and hygiene. Food also good in taste

Rooms are OK. Neat and Clean But need to maintain and Prepare properly before check in of guests. Services needs slight improvement.

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay in a high-quality room that offered a great view and convenient in-room dining. Despite a small leak in the bathroom sink, the washroom's overall quality was impressive. However, the Wi-Fi speed and connectivity were poor, and the uncovered parking left our car exposed to sun and rain.

The stay was comfortable and the staff was also quite supportive.
