Dear Ma’am, you had made your room booking online, where it is clearly mentioned that the check-in time is 12:00 noon and the checkout time is 10:00 AM. Even then, we provided you with a complimentary early check-in at 9:30 AM without any extra charges. Our standard checkout time is 10:00 AM, yet we also gave you a late checkout till 11:15 AM, again without any additional charges. Regarding your review — if the pillow cover or bed sheet was torn as you mentioned, you could have informed the reception immediately, and we would have changed your room right away. Also, if you have any picture proof of this issue, please share it. You had originally booked a Standard Room, which is located on the ground floor. However, you did not want a ground-floor room and requested a higher-category room. Hence, as per hotel policy, the upgrade charge of ₹2000/- was applicable. There was no misconduct or dishonesty (“chor”) involved. As for your request for a 2:00 PM checkout, our staff informed you politely that after 10:00 AM, late checkout is chargeable as per hotel policy. The hotel cannot extend checkout purely based on individual train timings.

This was my second stay at Hotel Prince Viraj, and once again, it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The staff were very supportive, polite, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more comfortable. The breakfast spread was excellent with a variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. Even during the rainy season, the atmosphere around the hotel felt refreshing and peaceful. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and cozy, providing a relaxing environment after a busy day. No hot water in the morning.Bath room self missing. Operation of tap on bathroom was difficult as handle was loose & broken. Breakfast was not available till 7.45 a.m. I was to leave by 8 a.m. Now who will pay for payment to MMT for this delay.Most items in break fast menu South Indian based.Staffs are not trained ,entered the room with dirty shoes and maje the bathroom muddy.

Hotel services was very slow, tv was not working after complaining people are not responding, i ask asked for iron that was not available, lighting was not proper, they have provided very slippery slippers i was just about to slip in bathroom. It was my luck that i was holding the door handle very tightly. Room was provided on group floor and the curtains are not covering the window properly any one can see me from outside room no. 107.
