Bandhavgarh wild heavan resort is very good, very nice environment, staff behavior is also very good, rooms are big and clean, overall it was a very good stay

Property Location is excellent, Food quality is good but price too much higher side as compared to other and food menu card is attached on my experience (mineral water price is 40 Rs it's too horrible) , Amenities is Average & Service is good

The property is built well, but there is a severe lack of maintenance. The facilities need an upkeep. The roads need to be swept clean. The water supply is erratic and you have to tell them repeatedly to correct it. The bedsheets were dirty and initially the attitude of the staff was also uninviting. The rooms will have mosquitoes as expected in a wild place, upon request they give mosquito repellent incense sticks, which caused breathing irritation to us. The only thing good about the place were its spacious rooms and natural location and feel.

This property certainly used to be nice, but now it hasn't been managed well for a long time and it shows. Location is good, right next ti Taj. Food is sub-par (on cost & quantity) Quality is just about okay. Service is prompt but cant be called Resort level. The general feel of the place is also downright bad. Just had to spend one night (due to change in plans) so got out at first light. I wouldnt reccommend unless stay is at lower end of priorities. The staff isn't polished either, just enough that you wont complain about services.

The stay place was beautiful ,clean , full of greenary .....all the staff members were so supportive. It was a memorable stay🤌🏾🫶🏼.

The property area is big and is little inside and cut off. One is dependent on the hotel's kitchen. Insist on menu rates before as they vary and good to calculate the bill and pay as per menu taxes extra. The staff is courteous but under trained. Need significant improvement in most things. The hotel manager may mislead you in allotment of hotel rooms and ala carte meal rates, so go by the description and picture on the website. They were helpful in arranging the safari and pick up drop to the nearest rail station, early morning. Overall, not a very professional hotel, it's years away to become a better run resort.

No staff to help or attend your queries

Rooms are big and clean. Nice location. 1 km from Tala gate. Staffs are very well trained. They provide good quality food.

Food was good but over priced. Room lacked basic amenities like room heater, Wifi and calling bell for service. Lighting was not adequate inside the room.
Room heater, WiFi, and TV were not available. No bell to call service desk. Poor communication facility.

Room is specious and quite. There is no television inside in the room. The outside compound is very specious and you may enjoy like mini jungle. Wild trees are there. Good location, you may see wild animals outside campus in the night also. Staffs are cooperative and food is testy and price is excellent.

The resort is located close to the core area and for the price it is value for money. The rooms were clean as was the linen and bathroom. Since it was close to 4 degree Celsius. We felt the absence of a room heater, though there is an air conditioner. Looks like they cater to summer season, which was borne out by the fact that we were the only guests in early February. What we disliked about the stay, was the attitude a staff, who was constantly working out ideas to make us spend more money. Even the rate per person for each meal at Rs.500 was outrageous. Even the MP Tourism restaurant rates were comparatively lower priced for similar quality and better ambiance. Except for his attitude, we enjoyed the rest of the stay. The staff should be advised to concentrate on customer satisfaction rather than overtly keep talking about how much tips are expected, etc.

Hotel was good, location was fine, staff were good, food was excellent. Everything was fine till the last minute. At the begining hotel staff offered us room instead of Safari Tent. We asked them for another place as room next door was occupied by non-family and they were having drinking party. Whole next day monkey were jumping around the tent where we stayed. We could not stay inside or outside. By evening all other guests left and we were alone in the place. We asked hotel staff to move us to a place nearer to staff quarters so we are safe. Shockingly, manager asked us to pay Rs1000/- extra just for a night stay. I know, it was room upgrade and they have every right to ask for money. They did not realize we were asking room change for safety, as the place was completely deserted and no other guest were present in the resort and our tent was bit far off from staff quarters. Except this incident

Management needs to be more strict and prompt. They should believe more in problem solution rather than counting. Better orientation towards guest facility is required.

Good to stay in a jungle-like environment and the location was suitable for it also. Rooms were well decorated. Service was also very good.
