al nearest to tiger reserves, staff very cooperative, amenities were good, services are good . good place to stay

very unhygienic, old mattress, small room, leaked toilet, AC not working, room smell is very bad, not proper staff, owner is so rude, please do not book this hotel. only tha name is villa the hotel is too old and door window is also damage curtain is also in bad condition. we check in and with in a hour we leave this horrer place and check in to another hotel very bad experience

We totally denied the stay at the hotel, since the property shown in photos was far different from that in reality at location. In the name of resort they have placed 5-6 rooms in market area above the shops. The property was not even properly cleaned neither maintained. For eating purpose they have placed few tables in an open area accessible to whole market. And worst part is that they even allow unmarried couples. Worst experience for me and my family hence we even denied check in. About the experience of service, on complaining about the problem they keep ignoring the problem saying that they need to talk to hotel owner ignoring the fact that m standing on road with my family. On calling every time a different person pick up the call and assure to call back in 5 mins but none of them responded back. That was very disturbing to see that in night at 8 pm they asked us to send the photos of the property. Till then we have not received any response of our complaint. Very disappointing it was.

Stay was uncomfortable, washroom was very dirty, bed was broken, there was no chair and table and it wasn’t provided even after asking. There were no glass and water provided in the room. Restaurant service was also bad

Hotel reception was very cooperative provide tea coffee and breakfast inntime food was delicious, non veg food is very tasty, i will visit again it's good for solo traveller also, location is very good, prime location.

Worst hotel, all bathrooms have leakages in the toilet pan, there is no maintenance in the rooms, all items in the room have broken, food quality is very bad. They have taken this property in lease and only making money without providing any facility. It's better to stay night in railway platform than their hotel. My rating is zero (0) for this hotel

Our stay in tiger villa was quite good, the staff are very cooperative and supportive, they allowed us to stay after check out time for 2 hours

The place was clean and hygienic with average bed size. If you are looking for a budget stay that too near tala gate (3mins walk, go for it. Totally worth it. Also, the food they serve is good.

The toilet was too dirty. The service was just a formality not serious for their work i think about the next visit and referral

The location is good, food is good there and the owner is quite friendly. Overall it was a nice stay

Enjoyed the experience here. Nice lawn and rooms are well equipped with amenities. Hot water is served by the staffs whenever required. Foods are also great but personally felt a little bit high priced. Otherwise as a whole really great experience to stay here. Will definitely book room here if visit in future.

We stayed here for the night stay awaiting our morning safari. It is ideally located near the tala gate and reception counter - about 400m just walkable. Excellent food served with genuine care.

Nice room with very tasty food staff is also very helpful. Well clean room. Garden are facing room they have very big garden area.

Back water from other washroom was coming in my washroom. For this reason we do not take our bath and also i check out the room. Next i check in today 1-30 am ( i. E. Yesterday night 1-30), at that time to 9-30am there is no hot water in any tap in washroom

Location is good, food is simple but good, parking nice. Safari at walking distance staff behavior is excellent

The staff was despite a communication problem very helpful. Hot water only available in the morning. No continental breakfast.

On initial checking in we were provided with a very shabby & cold room which was different from the pictures. Thereafter we were changed to a better room and heater was provided upon specific request after initial denials. The cleanliness & hygiene etc. Are very poor and basic amenities like needs a real shaking up. However the lawn area is very nice and they provide food service on the lawns in the sun which is enjoyable. Location is a walking distance from the tala gate and restaurants around.

Well the location of the hotel is nice apart from that the staff was also friendly. But at that price we deserve much more. Facilities available were very basic and even the room was kind of ugly you can say. Not a desired place to spend a night with a wife. Thanks. Credit my discount to my wallet thanks.

Excellent room, surroundings are awesome, nice location, good staffs and management. But food should be fresh!
