Best resort in Bandhavgarh… Like really, I’ve never seen such a kind of place they literally treat you like friends or family members. You don’t feel like a customer; you can enjoy freely here. The food is excellent it’s like your home. You can cook, just go to the kitchen and whatever you want to add, just say it, and even help them 😄. It really feels like a nostalgic place that makes you feel good and attached. No formalities in talking or even dressing sometimes I just go in shorts and a vest around the swimming pool area. There’s no awkwardness or shyness it literally feels like your own resort. Enjoy like you own the resort! Special thanks to Mr. Pradeep Sharma, who manages this resort. Also, it has one more branch in Goa

Rates are toouch high , resort area is not as much bigger aa shown . Food quality is not appropriate.

The hotel was not clean as stated in the pictures. Cigarette butts were everywhere. Customer care also wasn’t able to help with this at that time. She was not able to resolve my query as well. This was not at all a good experience. Not a place for family, please don’t opt this.

At first, I was shocked and a bit doubtful. Seeing so many positive reviews, I thought maybe it was just self-promotion. But when I visited, the service they provided left me speechless. The staff and the manager were incredibly kind and attentive. One thing I’ve noticed in life is that city people are often with you for something or money. But in the village, people are with you not for money, but with genuine care and a real soul. That’s exactly how it feels here. I truly love this resort, even more than some 5-star branded resorts. Here, everyone offers real love and care, not just money

I really loved this resort. No one here treats you with any bias they genuinely care for you and your family. When someone truly cares, they don’t look at money or anything else… they just try their best to bring a smile to the customer’s face. The food is amazing home-cooked style with zero oil, but honestly, even better than your wife’s cooking 😂. A great choice definitely book this place if you want to enjoy quality time with your family.

Best resort with unique and special architecture that gives off a truly traditional vibe. The warm lighting and swimming pool really meet all expectations. At night, it genuinely feels like a 5-star resort. The resort also brings a touch of Dubai night vibes with its lighting and artwork. Absolutely recommended t’s something new and different from the rest🧡

Our experience at Tiger Heaven Resort was truly unforgettable! The place has such homely vibes with a touch of luxury, it honestly felt like a private Airbnb made just for families. Super peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and caring, jaise apno ke saath ho, not like typical resort service. They genuinely make you feel at home, not like a customer. If you're planning Bandhavgarh, I’d 100% recommend staying here. Feels like family, not just a stay. 🧡

There was absolutely no cleanliness in the hotel, for this price I could have stayed in a better place anywhere and the food was also very expensive and dirty.

The location is good but the overall experience is not good.. The room was spacious but the bed sheet was dirty and after requesting to change the bedsheet they immediately changed the bedsheet but it was stained again and we decided to adjust with it, not to get bothered with the same thing. Electric kettle was there but the basic coffee, tea etc pouches were missing after we asked they provided. AC was not working at all during our 3 day stay, After we asked they assured us to work on it but nothing changed, all the rooms were the same, electricity was dripping continuously while we stayed. The bathroom was big but not that clean, Food was overpriced and quantity was less according to the price and full of oil at the same time.. We couldn't have food after a day there because of the oil. The pool was so dirty that dead insects and plastic bottles were floating on the pool water. Even after asking to clean the pool they just ignored. Staff behaviour was really good and helpful.. But the resort is not properly maintained. The day before we left the resort they provided complimentary evening snacks (potato & onion pakora) and coffee. The car and driver we rented from this resort was good.
