We had a very disappointing stay here. The service was careless and unprofessional. The bird-watching activity was a joke — the staff simply told us there were elephants nearby and suggested we walk to the village on our own, with no guidance or safety. The paper bag activity never even started; they just said it was “over for the day.” The room size is good, but the twin bed had a hole in the center, making it very uncomfortable. Toiletry fittings are old and need urgent replacement. The only acceptable part was the food, but that alone cannot make up for such poor service and lack of responsibility.

Entered with a welcome drink, rooms are clean and very spacious. every room will have 2 porticos with chairs for a relaxed feel. The complete property is covered with a huge amount of trees and inside the forest. deers will be inside the property at nights. excellent food and high tea. swimming is very clean and neat. surely will get family again to this property.

It was a peaceful stay for 2 days. But do not expect much from the place, it's just a room in the jungle kind of experience. Good: The staff were nice and service was quick. Food was good so no complaints Place is peaceful and gives u a good jungle vibe Bad: there is nothing to do inside the resort we cannot call it a resort, it's more like jungle lodge the ac constantly disturbed with the noise, technician came and tried but failed. amenities/activities inside are in poor state you can hear everything from the next room, even when u r in the bath bathroom fittings are old and need repair towels were not white bedsheet had holes water heater do not shut automatically pool was not clean not baby friendly I paid per night which did not justify much. if you are with a big group maybe you can have more fun.

The room was spacious, it was clearly seen there is no maintenance of the room. The handle of the tap in the bathroom was coming out all the time. there was a whole in the ceiling, which they just closed with a salotape. I had no idea of it when we entered the room. and suddenly at night I saw a squirrel inside the room. additionally the entire ceiling was damaged with water. no look out to even clean it before handing the room to the next customer. food was ok ok. The only thing I liked the most was the staff behaviour. They were superb, all very professional. Never ever going there again because of the reasons above.

Experience at this windflower bandipur was very superb. If you want some time off from city and want to spend time with nature, this property is best as it is nestle within nature.. Very pleasant stay, Check-in to room was very good. The staff was courteous. The room, washroom, backyard and other stuff were clean and tidy. Food options were very good. Live counter right from breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hi tea was also awesome. The activities were good, play area. The swimming pool was clean and tidy. We were lucky to view deers early in the morning behind our room.

Location is good and the price is understandable, however services were terrible, we got our cottage outside the Windflower which is about 300 to 400 Metres, we have to go to windflower premises for breakfast, dinner and lunch though they have shutter service, we spotted deers in the morning in front of our door.
