A very basic place to stay.

Wash room is dirty, no hot water, cockroaches in the bed room but food in the premises is nice room boys service is okay

I wonder why such a terrible property is featured in make my trip. If you are giving preference for making money than goodwill you have earned through all these years, ok please continue to feature such terrible properties. No comments, no more booking through make my trip

Please don't book this resort, no cleanliness, no maintenance, they don't even bother about basic needs, rooms smell very badly, dirty pool, dirty rooms over all very bad experience we have booked with food package, the restaurant was so dirty and we found cockroach in food. The worst staff.

Location is good, food also satisfied, staff behaviour was good, i booked food in my package, he served food as my choice

It's a good old resort. Need maintenance. If you are looking for stay on the highway in between ooty journey then its good. Food is good.

Worst experience ever. No proper hygiene, terrible property with no maintenance. We planned this new year but our new year was spoiled because of this resort. Never visit this.

The worst service. Don't search for a hotel in makemytrip friendly advice. Charged inr 3. 8k but not even worth it for 0. 8k. Worst service asked for tea they said after one hour no milk we are getting the same from outside. Finally i cancel-led the tea. Room was stinking.

They have everything dirty- rooms, food, area, hotel staff etc. Pillows were used ones. Sofa had cigarette marks. Everywhere tobacco was spread. Outside garden was dirty.

Stay was good, staff was courteous and active. The bonfire was really good. Also, the room was spacious. Worth the money.

Its really good to stay there, room and other facilities were good. But at midnight, few other travellers made so much noise out there doing campfire and drinking so that we had a bit difficulty to sleep peacefully. Else everything was well and good

Pro’s: The place is situated very close to the Bandipur tiger reserve camp … Situated on the main road itself … Has good parking space … individual wooden cottages & Seperated rooms as per the requirement . Con’s: (Purely about the wooden cottage I stayed at) The Carthage had a bad ordur and I had to use room freshener often to get rid of it. Though a geyser was available , it did not work , so hot water for shower was an issue and it was never fixed on both days of stay .. Food: food was average with reference to the complimentary breakfast … Very less varity of choice & and average regular restaurant setup

No proper maintanence. No room service. Charges are very high. It is like lodge in other cities. No breakfast for that price. During off season too rates high. Alternative room are available still there are not accomadate

Complete property not clean, bad rooms and facilities. Good not good for anything. Please don't select this property.

No basic facilities, no drinking water or water to take bath. They will charge extra money for everything. Service was also bad. They won’t respond to any problem in the room. Washrooms in the rooms are very state and not clean at all. No locks to washrooms and quality food is also

Cleanness was disaster and response was very very slow. Manager and his friends was buddy doing party. Room was full of insect and fan was not working properly. Always reception was unman. Swimming pool pix is their but non operation.

Good location, close to safari, rooms ok, washroom need cleaning, ambience good, food ok, reasonably priced, staff ok, tv only kanada channels, breakfast same for 2 days, no ac, no wifi, not well maintained property, had some argument with desk person, since the hotel didnt get our day 2 stay itinerary, sorted later sine we had the mm t receipt, mm t should sort this out because it becomes very unsavory & insulting

It's average. The swimming pool is not in maintenance, food is average, cooperative staff, overall not for family, it's ok for a friends night party, no good garden, children's play tools are not in condition, bathroom not well maintained, need plumbing work to be done, no secured parking. No attenders, no phone facility in rooms, we need to call them through mobile, no drinking water in room. Dining hall is in very bad condition, no sufficient food in complimentary. Not safe for family & kids.

It's near to safari point that's the only good thing about property but not good enough to be considered for booking.Stinky room without any fan and a.c , table fans are there. property is in worst state and should not be resort. No maintenance, no hot water to drink just a wooden cottage at very dirty place without basic necessities like cleanliness fan or a.c

Property is not maintained well, all old furnitures and some smell is disturbed during stay. All windows and doors curtains are visbile from other side and no privacy.
