Very good property with good staff

Amazing property, with amazing view, food and views to die for. We stayed at the property for 1 day and had an amazing experience.

Perfect stay with family.. good food and ambiance. Staff is very cooperative.. room are very spacious.

I recently stayed at The Wild Retreat in Kumbhalgarh, and the location is truly beautiful. The resort is surrounded by nature and offers a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere—ideal for anyone looking to unwind away from the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the well-maintained garden. It’s lush, green, and adds a lot to the overall charm of the property. Sitting there in the early morning or evening was a wonderful experience. The staff was courteous and the hospitality overall was good. However, there are a few important issues that need attention. First, the network connectivity is very poor. There’s barely any mobile signal, and the Wi-Fi doesn’t work properly either, which can be frustrating for guests who need internet access. But the biggest disappointment was the bath towels. They were in very bad condition—old, rough, and not at all what you’d expect from a resort. This seriously affects the guest experience. I strongly recommend the management to immediately upgrade the quality of their towels. Overall, it’s a lovely place with great potential. With better internet and improved basic amenities, especially towel quality, this resort can offer a truly top-notch experience.

Although the location was amazing but the amenities were too ordinary, the food was below average, the power cut was frequent. The staff was the best part about the hotel. The weather and the place was good, the pool in the room was called infinity but it was also half filled. All over the stay was not unpleasant but it was not worth the cost.

The stay is good. The view and room is excellent. The food is good. One of the best resort of Kumbhalgarh.

Rooms location was random, Service was not good even after call, Selected Dinner due to non veg food available but not served non veg food, pool dont have shower, service was not available for old age people

The amenities were nice, but the only problem was their attitude towards us, too many intrusive questions, rude one word answers. I felt bad for my team who was there just to have a good time.

Please take it serious as Manager shambu singh GM of wild retreat is not mature as he don't know how to talk to the customers. very bad behaviour no calm nature. He should not reply on financial talks to the customers. would suggest jalam singh the old guy was good without HM education he should be at the place of shambu singh GM. We booked the private pool cottage. The view was serene. The food was quite good as well. The staff was also friendly.

Everything was good except the wifi services. The ambience was cool and pleasant. Room service was excellent and food was good.

Fantastic room which are very big, both side balconies, valley view from room is spectacular, food is fantastic, prompt service and hospitality is good. Breakfast spread is good,

The food was good. But some improvements are needed like hot water is not coming in shower. Also the cleaning staff is less as per requirement.

The resort is located at an exotic location between lush green valleys and the scenic beauty of nature. The Rooms with pools have extraordinary beauty and are full of satisfaction. The food served was delicious, staff at duty were humble and cooperative. The High Tea was also a great experience. The location of the Swimming pool is on the edge of the valley which is the best part of the resort. Overall a must visit property, specially Rooms with personal Pool area
