Property need serious revamp, cleansing, and better managem
The property was absolutely not well maintained, washroom was stinky, the plants were full of insects and infested, pool was not cleaned, fountain's water smelled like rotten fish

Good Stay
Food: taste was good however variety was not there. Mostly Same type of items served both days Location: good Facilities: average. Jacuzi was not working properly. Pool was not that clean. Basically management of facilities was not good. Reception staff was not at all courteous. Other staff like HK, cook, waiters etc were courteous and well behaved. Overall property is good and at good location. Can be recommended to others

Poor Service
Property was good, but service was not good. The staff was not trained enough. The food quality was also below average

Good location, average stay
The location of the property is good, but overall maintenance and food is very average. The rooms general maintenance was poor, some lights not working, balcony door loose, bathroom lacking hand towels, etc. The pool was always dirty. Half of the items from menu was not available and breakfast was very limited for a 4 star property.

Stay was good. Food can be better. Breakfast had limited options as well test wise not as per resort star rating.

Hotel is good but old needs lot of renovation. I like the hotel though. they gave me free room upgrade. I am thankful to them.

I had a great stay! The room was clean with best view. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the pool was awesome. Overall full marks for the property.

Average Stay
They stay was okay. We had to struggle for 2-3 hours with staff to get hot water for jacuzzi in our suite rooms. View from room was good. Toiletries were good. Room was clean. Pool could have been cleaner. food was average. Over all experience was okay.

every service is too slow. - room dining order is very slow. swimming pool- Not cleaning every day. water is dirty and smelly.

Location is Prime and easily accessible, Food is average but staff is cooperative , amenities wise only swimming pool we liked rest are not worth , services are good.

Wonderful stay with good food and great resort
We stayed for 2 days at kumbha residency. Really liked the rooms and cleanliness of the resort. The pool was huge and very clean and also the kids pool was great. We enjoyed our stay thanks to the staff who were very polite and quick in service. Overall a very good stay for a good price. We had a great stay at kumbhalgarh residency. Wonderful resort and great stay
We stayed for 2 days and really liked the property. The pool was very clean and huge and rooms were spacious and clean as well. The staff was very attentive and kind. The food was also good.

Not recommended at all
Absolutely terrible experience! This hotel is “luxury” only by name — in reality, the service is pathetic. We were promised a checkout time of 12:00 PM, but the staff rudely forced us to leave by 11:00 AM without any proper explanation. All the complimentary offers they mentioned at the time of booking — like breakfast, welcome drinks, etc. — were never provided. Just fake promises to attract customers. The staff behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. It felt like we were a burden to them instead of valued guests. This place is nothing but a scam in the name of luxury. For the money we paid, we could have gotten far better service elsewhere. Not recommended at all. Save your money, time, and peace of mind — stay somewhere else.
