Review Of Kavish The Haveli Resort - Kumbhalgarh

I was booked one Delux room at hotel but booking is not valid as technical glitch . But the hotel manager was very helpful and guided for the another hotel booking. He was very polite and staff has nice behaviour

It was a terrible experience. Staff was so rude.. Worst experience ever.

room service was pathetic,they don't provide us dental care kit, bathroom slippers,holi party was not there,as promised,they started at 3pm on our repeated request, overall experience was not so good not so bad

Location: good; close to the fort food: not up to the mark. Breakfast spread was very basic. Amenities: old property, worn out & not very well maintained. Bathroom has a glass door and a glass window - which is horrible. Hot water supply gets stopped after few minutes. Wifi does not work. No hanger in the wardrobe. Services: not bad but the people need to get better training. Overall: a 2 star grade property. However, the property has potential to become a good property if the issues addressed.

Very well maintained hotel, with courteous and competent staff. The restaurant is also very good, and the service staff are very accommodating and polite. Highly recommended.

View was good but property was average breakfast was not that good taste was average and variety was limited our room was on 3rd floor and their was no lift

The location is good but food variety is not there. Also the buffet contained very less variety of food. The service is good but they don’t seem to be professionals. The telephone wasn’t working so we had to go down again and again for placing orders. They need a smart working professional staff with more members.

View and location is very good , staff mainly front desk staff are rude and unprofessional, MAJOR PROBLEMS WAS NO ELEVATOR OR LIFT IN PROPERTY. I got room on 4th floors, food quality also bellow average.

Location and property were excellent. Well maintained with a lovely swimming pool. The food in the restaurant was good and not expensive. They only lacked some proper room service. Though the room servicemen were polite but they were not punctual in their service. Overall we liked our stay.

Location is good, food and services are poor. There are no rooms with balcony, there is only a passage which looks like balcony in their photos. There is no lift, there is no exhaust in bathroom and it’s vent opens in passage next to door which makes it architectural disaster. Only property looks good from outside however poorly maintained from inside. Just avoid this property and avoid to choose food at all cost!

5. Good service provided by all of the resort staff. Amazing view from resort. Awesome swimming pool area with front of tree hills.

Probably one of the best located resort in kumbalgarh. The view from all sides is breathtaking. Being monsoon time the surrounding hills were lush green and full of bird life. Being a nature lover nothing could have been a better place for us. Room was good and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Swimming pool though not very big in size has a excellent location facing the valley. Again food was excellent, freshly made and hygienic. Since it was offseason the occupancy was small and so everything turned out to be good. Worth trying for its excellent location and fairly good amenities.

In short, what so ever you are getting @kavish resort @7000/room, you can easily get the same in lower price. They didn't even have wifi connection even mentioned in they ammeneties. We will not even need the same if we had network over there. Staff behaviour is very rude.
