Washroom was poor condition. Not well cleaned

We booked this facility seeing that this can accommodate 5 members family. But We were given a basement room which can accommodate only 2 Adults, so many times conveyed the inconvenience to the property manager. They didn’t help, so we didn’t stay there. Left the room within few minutes understanding that no way we can adjust to it. While leaving the property we found that the actual facility which can accommodate 5 members was given to a VVIP couple. Location is also not good, far inside, Room was also not neat and clean

There were no room cleaning services available, and the property is located quite far from munnar. All the tourist spots are a significant distance away, and even basic necessities require traveling at least 8 kilometers. Good for couples.

Stay was good. Rooms were neat. Has cooking equipments so if we want to make omelette or do some mild cooking too. They do cater on request. We need to bring whatever we need before we check in cause the rooms are located little far from the major sightseeing places.

Good ambience and good care taker. Stay was amazing. Need to improve the hospitality like extra bed, kettle.
