hotel needs to renovation, elevator not working properly, room also not good but staff is good. pappu sardar who attended me is good.

The facilities were not upto mark, multiple calls had to be made for just the basic things like water and cutlery, no ac remote. No wifi on one of the floors, the rooms don't even have a phone, you need to dial a phone number every time if you need something. After multiple requests and lots of arguments the staff agreed for a room change. The lift doesn't work most of the times. Food was very bad, location was decent. I won't recommend anyone to stay.

Nothing is working to clean have to bag for cleaning breakfast only two to three items Hotel it’s self was so dirty if order tea or coffee for guests will get after 30 odd minutes after few reminders If I haven’t paid will not pay them single penny or walk out I couldn’t understand how you promote these type of properties

It is a very dirty hotel , improper lights, wash room and very poor maintenance i think the hotel age is more than 30 years at the bottom. It smells totally horrible stay

I found The Sky Imperial Thaltej to be excellent value for the price. The rooms had modern amenities and were very clean. The staff were courteous and professional. I will happily return on my next trip to Ahmedabad.
