This didn't seem like a resort but more of a rented arrangement. You will like the experience if you don't care about the hygiene much, otherwise you will find yourself complaining about everything. The curtains were dirty. Furniture was not dusted properly. No toilet paper/handwash/towels in the washroom. When we asked for these, then we were given only one roll of toilet paper for 7 people and small soap (whether you want to use it for shower or handwash, it's upto you), dirty towels. If you ignore these issues, then the place is cozy and pet friendly. There is no swimming pool or gym or restaurant here. It is situated almost 30 km before the main Coorg town. I hope MMT improves the hygiene part and reduce the price as for the price you are paying, it is not worth that.

I stayed with my family. I reached late night and the host was constantly checking with with me on where i'm I and when will I reach. Very pleasant environment and the host is really awesome! I highly recommend this stay.

I would recommend Ekanth Homestay (named changed to the shades). Ganesh the staff of this place is so lovable and he is awesome. No words to describe how excellent he was. Owner Mr. Sandeep is also so supportive. Place is awesome and would recommend only Ekanth Holiday Home in Khusalnagar. Thanks Ganesh for everything.

We stayed there for 1 day during our Coorg visit. Very neat and clean homestay, good woodwork in the room and lot of trees and space around. Breakfast, dinner was amazing and as well as coffee.

The caretaker was kind and the place was very cleaned and maintained. The food was good, room was pleasant and the amenities were good. The location was far from Madikeri City. I can recommend this place.

The cottages are nestled in a silver oak farm which is the hallmark of the facility, the rooms are spick and span, Ganesh, the care taker is prompt, humble and thoughtful to all our requirements, hats off Ganesh! The land lord and family are doing a wonderful job in taking care of the guests, food was awesome, who ever want to stay in Kushal nagar area, should try this facility. Complete value for money. Only draw back was WiFi was missing.

Great stay, great rooms and the best experience was the ever smiling caretaker Ganesh. Lots of open space, so that you don't feel suffocated like hotels.
Room size was great, well maintained, non AC room, everything else worked including water heater, table to sit have food, outside amazing veranda with good chairs and great view. 3 cottages, luckily other did not have people, so we were really in peace. It's close to Golden temple, shopping areas, elephant camp.

Good service and room food is wosome, hospitality is very good, service damp good, relax and enjoy, lot of placece to see is near by, Kaveri nisargadama is just away owner is very care taking, food is prepared freshly
