Review Of The Runway Inn Resort

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! The Stay: Unclean and Unhygenic. The sheets were clearly dirty, very close to brown. The bathroom had no bucket or mug (read below why it was required) The water situation was that the hot water would come from a separate tap (no where linked to the shower) and the water came out steaming hot, no resources to mix with cold water. The towels were dirty. Water was leaking NON-STOP from the toilet filler being over-filled. No Food facilities as mentioned, we had to order from Swiggy. They had the audacity to keep a menu in the room full of all items despite having no resource to cook. The Bar and Restaurant mentioned is a BAR ONLY. The Service: No proper greeting, or registration(which is the smallest of the issues) Called for food, got refused as expected since there was only a bar. Called for some help with the sheets and water situation. A guy came after 45 minutes! when he came, we politely asked to change the sheet covers (3 sheets) and get us a bucket atleast. The guy vanished for another 15 mins and came back with a single sheet cover. We clarified that there are 3 dirty ones here that would need a cover change for all three. He took one sheet with him and left the only one cover he had brought, and vanished. No call back or return, No bucket or Mug provided at all! No checkout as well, we just had to leave.

Location is ok. But the experience is terrible. Need to think twice before I choose

very horrible experience resort workers are drinking infront of family members and smoking

The room was average. Bathroom facility was not there (no hangers to put towel).

★☆☆☆☆ Pathetic Experience Absolutely terrible stay at The Runway Inn. The place is dirty, unhygienic, and full of mosquitoes, insects, and even lizards in the rooms. The bedrolls and bedsheets were so filthy they were unusable. Definitely not worth the price or time. Avoid this place if you care about cleanliness and comfort.

Nice room and outside atmosphere is awesome

Stay was amazing. Location is little far from town, but if you have own vehicles distance will not be an issue. Property has a beautiful courtyard and sunflower field nearby

Reception is good. Room is good, heater 24hrs available. Everything is well cleaned

Very far very rural scary place to stay for solo travelers do not stay if u want food and water

It's well and response are good if you peaceful l stay in mysore will select this also on the way to nanjankudu

They is no drinking water, for drinking water also we need to pay. Bed is not so neat as well

It was a good stay and place is also nice little outskirts of mysuru but the below bar seems little local. Other than that everything is nice.

After reaching hotel staff inform that hotel is closed 10 days before don’t book it any how mmt given another hotel to stay

Locating and quality of rooms were quite good for price charged. However, lack of restuarant nearby is let down.

The stay at this place was not good due to lack of basic necessities like bucket, mug in the washroom

4. The room was spacious at the runway inn and the management team was excellent. The resort was located around 20 minutes away from mysuru town, palace and zoo. But it offers a comfortable and calm stay. Negative things are there are no nearby restaurants and the presence of a bar in the same building, as it may not be interesting for families. Overall it's an excellent option for families and group.

It was below average. Nothing provided, no cloths handing place in bathroom, bathroom r dirty, bedsheets looked like used and not fresh, no room service etc

1. Rooms were super dirty, cobwebs and spider everywhere 2. The water had a strong smell, used bottle water to wash faces. 3. Blankets pillow all dirty and smelly.

Pathetic experience i have on this hotel. Mmt asking rating 1 to 5 but i will give less than 0 actually its not like zero as well -5. 1. Cleaning- worst -5) 2. Maintenance- pathetic-5) 3. Staff- if u ask for any thing they will say we don't know any thing 3. Overall- never select this hote (very bad smell, not clean, bad behavior, bathroom ohhh don't ask it was worst
