Rooms are okay, Bath area is so small i got hurt, People can’t take bath at such a small space, Food is average

very bad service staff and have rude behaviour. they ignore your request all time. no breakfast 😔 and add money for water bottle and snacks

The stay was average. Linens were not clean, water suddenly stopped coming in morning. Otherwise everything was fine.

Room service like Morning tea in rooms are not available as per team. Jet spray in the washroom was choked. Bedsheets were in torn condition

The hotel is on the main road. They have a dedicated parking place across the road . The rooms are good with lot of “Makhaana” snacks available but they need more soundproofing as sometimes music is too loud. The breakfast is average as it lacks variety. The restaurant serves good non-veg food. The staff is very humble and helpful.

Breakfast not received and reception behavior is so rude. After commitment of breakfast in room asking payment for the same. Pathetic experience after paying so much of money just for 12 hours. No respect of customer, no commitment level Highly irresponsible behavior.

Worst Hotel of the entire Bihar !! Mr Sujit Hotel Manager is a great example of unprofessional staff. If the leader is treating the guests like animals then how you expect professional behaviour from others. I used to visit here for my regular business trips but I assured from my side either me or my entire personal and professional colleagues never going to visit there. Pathetic Experience !! Although this hotel Royal Phular is the best of the hotel in Muzaffarpur but it lacked staff courtesy. During dinner I ordered thali and asked for a refill only for dal they refused and I had to waste all the rice and other dishes. They were supposed to give free hit milk which was nit served. I stayed in Room No. 410 between 20-21st May 20205. Had to wait at the reception for a long time as there was just one person serving all the checkins and checkouts. Thanks.

Staff charged for the water bottle, which was not defined. They asked that you should have asked for the normal RO water. If you use the room's water bottle, it will be chargeable. There is no complimentary.

A very bad experience toilet, carpet and all things are dirty. I will not visit again. During my stay at this hotel, every aspect was a disappointment. The room was dingy, with stains on the carpet and a musty smell lingering. Dust coated every surface making the entire space feel unhygienic. The linens were worn-out and seemed unclean, leaving me uneasy about sleeping there. The staff appeared indifferent, offering little assistance or genuine concern for guests’ complaints. Overall, i would not recommend this establishment, as cleanliness and guest comfort are evidently not a priority.

We had a suite and a normal room. Both were excellent. Upkeep was also very good. However, some soundproofing is required since tvs are installed on partition wall and the sound of the adjoining room annoys. Parking is also an issue. Vehicles are parked even blocking the exit gate. Overall, a excellent quality hotel.

No provision of hot water in tap. You have to ask for hot water and they supply in bucket. No heating in ac room in chilling weather. Even room heater is not available pathetic service.

Comfortable stay in this hotel. Homely food and staff are also cooperative. Location of this hotel is very ideal and in town away from busy rush area

1. phones not working and even after complaining thrice, no action taken. had to literally go to restaurant and place order for dinner and breakfast. 2. ⁠very bad breakfast. all stale breads and sandwiches. no gas burners used and extremely cold buffet was served.
