I am satisfied with the services. The Hotel was good and also the foods were delicious. the hospitality of the staffs are good. However the outside area is bit congested

The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs – close to railway stat yet peaceful and quiet at night.

As a guest at the International Embassy Grand Hotel, I found the facilities, particularly concerning the dining experience, to be quite disappointing. Despite booking a room with complimentary breakfast and dinner, the food options were very limited. There was no buffet available for either breakfast or dinner, which felt restrictive and not in line with what one might expect from a hotel with "Grand" in its name. The selection truly felt constrained. On the positive side, the hotel's location is quite good if you're looking to stay near the railway station. This was a definite advantage for my travel needs. While the location is a plus, the significant limitations in the dining experience unfortunately detract from the overall stay.

Staff was good . Easily accessible from railway stations. Food was also tastier. Ambience was also pleasant.

Charging points were not working in the room. I reached the hotel at 5:30 PM and i have to wait for 20 minutes , they had not made the room ready!

It's a good place for a couple or anyone to stay, the behaviour of the staff is also very good here.

Hotel charges are much higher than the services, complimentary breakfast is not provided even though it is included in the hotel room charges.

The manager didn't extend the stay even for one hour. Even for one hour they were asking for full day charges. I asked them to take some charge and extend it for one hour they refused and said i need to pay for whole day.
