Give account of money, service was not good room is small other wise location is perfect.all staff behaviour is also good

I had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The hotel is located very close to Muzaffarpur main market. It's easily accessible. I booked suit room which was spacious one. They served homely food. Things that requires improvement is its cleanliness. Overall it was a good stay. I recommend this hotel for booking.

Old property and less staff. All thing they mentioned in the description are not available and pool also not working

It was an amazing stay. The hotel rooms are like the best, whether you talk about the room, ambience, bathroom everything is crazy nice. Highly recommended

it was a good roost. the hotel was good and peaceful. The cleaning was good. it has good accessibility from the junction. the kitchen was not good. house keeping was good. The room service waiter was a little bit rude. not all the waiters but one waiter has misbehaved with me.

1. Unnecessary they are asking to fill details at Two places,One at entrance and second at Hotel reception. 2. Cleaning is a concern at the hotel.

Good property and food served hot and fresh. The staff were also quite welcoming and can be planned with family as well

decent hotel, value for money , service also very good. location also very good but you have to face traffic of mujaffarpur.

We had a wonderful stay here. Check in was very smooth . Staffs were excellent. Food was really delicious too. Everything here was beautiful and we would be looking forward to staying here again in our next visit

The location of the hotel is very good. It's just 1. 5 km away from railway station. Rooms are clean and well maintained.
