Hotel services is very poor

Very dull experience to stay in this hotel. 1. Room is very small in size. 2. Washroom water supply is hot always 3. Three times power cut in night for one hour each time 4. No towels in washroom 5. No one responded on hotel phone. 6. Bedsheet was durty, spotted something 7. No any paid channel available on room tv. 8. No any complementary drinking water given to room and many more, over all very dull and bad experience to stay with hotel shubh kamna international.

receptionist doesn't answer phone . food quality doesn't match the high price. The emergency alarm was responded very late. toiletries were not given in morning water supply went off because of plumbing related issue

Room is very clean and spacious. Staff is also good and a great and secure place to stay in Muzaffarpur.

The tv is not there in room. I asked for change in room. But no response there. No dental kit given at the time of check in. No deep cleaning is there in room. Ac is too nosing.

Totally a pathetic experience in this hotel i have ever faced in any of the hotels. For more than half an hour i had to wait and shout from outside the gate because the gate of the hotel was locked from inside, no one was available at the reception, even the contact number mentioned of the hotel both is out of service. I had called the number which was mentioned on the banner of the hotel gate, they also did not resolved and kept me stand in the rain. After entering the hotel, the room service was very poor, only one guy was available who was behaving very casual, i asked for a towel & soap, he told that there is no soap available and given me a used shampoo small bottle which was even very less to take a bath once. The ac of the room was too much cooling, there is no switch and remote to operate it, even there is no main switch in the room to make the ac off. I was shivering badly and tried to call the person to make it off, but sadly there was no response. I am not going to suggest anyone for this hotel anymore.

It's really a terrible stay. No resturant. No fan working. No tv working. Even a bathroom accessories are not functioning properly. I never suggest to anyone to come here.

Hotel is good and good arrangement, laundry available, room service available, mr. Rahul do best service and food was so delicious with indian.

It was wast of money no kitchen operation in Hotel no tea/coffee available. Late night reported at Hotel and there was no food as there cook was left and no alternate arrangements was done as well lots of mosquitoes was there.

Average for Solo. Room size and bed size could have been better

They have just one boy for everything. The room was stinking, towel not clean, there were several holes in the pillow, AC was making too noise. When I asked for a slipper; they could not provide. I called them to send somebody to take my order for dinner; the person came after 45 minutes. Hotel doesn't have manpower and services were pathetic. In the morning when I came to the reception around 6:45 am for check-out; it was fully dark and no one was there.

Room and staff behavior is nit good but not manage proper daily amenities.

Initially TV was not working and when complained, rectified it after an hour. But only Hindi channels. Toilet was not at all clean. Hopeless commode cleanliness. When asked to clean it, reply was that the person who was supposed to clean has left for the day. Gave another room, which was also had the same issues, AC not working, toilet not clean.
