I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Royal Palace. Despite Dewas not being a typical tourist destination where you would expect great hospitality standards, this hotel truly stands out. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay very pleasant. The hospitality by GM Ops, Ravindra Chaudhary, was top-notch—he planned my trips to Ma Chamunda Tekri and Omkareshwar with great care. The staff went above and beyond, even serving me a warm meal at 3 AM when the restaurant was closed- a truly thoughtful gesture. Highly recommend this hidden gem for any traveler passing through Dewas!

Worst experience the staff is totally untrained and clueless. They took 30mins to provide us room kept us waiting. The rooms were not tidy enough and ac wasn't working, no toiletries were provided and no step for tea n coffee worst they didn't even provide us water. Their resturant was not fully operational in lunch they just gave us very oily chhole subji n dal with some burnt rotis and charged us way too much money for the same. When asked he informed that the rates will be according to menu rates. We were supposed to check out next day but checked out same day because of the worst experience.

The rooms are well mentioned for all angles. Hotel staff behaviour is also applicable. Nice place to stay.

Charged for suite room but it was normal, no facilities provided and then asked to change the room. Our booking was including breakfast they have only paratha in breakfast. For orders too have to go all the way to reception to place the order. Overall a pathetic option
