My hotel stay included breakfast, but I didn’t receive it even by 9:30 AM, so I had to leave without having it. Also, only a Colgate toothpaste was provided

pathetic experience.They are conning people.Charge extra for breakfast despite breakfast being included in package. No tea before 10am. it's such a shame for MMT that they provide platform for such hotels Regular customer of MMT for 5 years but will never use MMT again

Breakfast was included in my package. But they are giving limited food option. They have gave only parathas or sandwiches. Breakfast is not available before 9am

There were insects and toilet seat was moving forward and backward and that was the worst and door was not closing normally you have to hit it so hard

Poor room set up, tv not working, cleaning issues, internet issues, mosquitoes, regular power cuts. I that area the tariff price of 2500 with such pathetic services is not reasonable. They don’t even give complementary things like water bottle

Hotel denied to give room, my money is deducted but room not given, very bad situation, hotel say make my trip not paid money

Hotel service is very bed

Very pathetic experience, no water bottle at room, no towel at room, no tea bag and hot water catel at room. No bathroom real-ted items like brush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo etc there is no response from reception too after multiple call.

Worst room condition, toilet jet, tv set, wifi nothing working, no follow up from the management even after checking with them up multiple times, reception's intercom not in service. We booked a room for 3 adults and one child together on make my trip, paid upfront, still the room was not ready at all. There were no bathroom mats, broken faucets, no extra bedding was provided beforehand. Avoid this hotel, even if you want to stay for a night.
