Staff was kind, helpful and friendly as well. Housekeeping staff who made my room everyday was great. The room had good ambience with bright lighting with good aircon and the bathroom was neat and clean. Will recommend to friends. Very satisfied with the stay.

The stay was awesome, the rooms were clean and most comfortable ones. Moreover the staff was very helpful and way too cooperative. They help you out in choosing amazing food restaurants and tourist destinations. In addition, this location is close to multiple famous locations like martins corner, zeebop, etc. Would surely recommend this stay while visiting south goa to all my friends and family. Loved it.

I and my family along with two kids stayed at The Regal Luxury Boutique Stay for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The receptionists were polite, friendly, and very helpful, which made the check-in and overall stay smooth. The property is neat and well-maintained, with ample parking available. The environment around the stay is truly refreshing — surrounded by lush greenery and tall coconut trees, it creates a peaceful, tropical vibe that makes you feel close to nature. Waking up to this calm atmosphere was one of the highlights of my stay. Another thoughtful touch was the staff’s assistance in booking a Dinner Cruise, which added a memorable experience to my trip. Overall, it’s a comfortable, classy, and nature-friendly boutique stay that I’d highly recommend for anyone looking for relaxation and good hospitality.

Thjis is a very good hotel in south goa's majorda area. It's very peaceful around the hotel. It's a decent budget hotel with no restaurant.. The Hotel staff were really sweet and helpful. It was really nice staying at this hotel. Considering I was alone, it was safe as well. Will choose to stay here again when I visit again.

The stay was okay. It was clean but the location is not right the room doors face the road and parking directly and there is not enough privacy as the rooms are facing the road and parking.

The Regal - Luxury Boutique Hotel is a great accommodation option in South Goa as most of the South Goa beaches are accessible from this location. Moreover, the property is extremely well-maintained and well-managed. Mr. Rodriguez, one of the managers of the hotel is a jolly and helpful person who's always happy to go beyond the call of duty and help you out in any situation! Loved staying here and will definitely be looking to book this place for my next Goa trip! Keep up the good work guys! ❤️

The stay experience was nice however i would not recommend the location. There’s not much to do at this locality and even the beach is so basic especially when the shacks are closed.
