There were hidden charges everywhere and no person was available for the service. Prices were too high

Overall experience was ok but not exciting, as it was service apartment but cleaning was not done daily ,water was charged,utensils were not as per the need , team cups were damaged .when we asked to replace they said we don't have.blankets were not clean. I asked both flates side by side . was give in 2 different floors , one was front and one was backside. I was not happy I even called makemytrip team but couldn't see much help

Best for family if u love cooking stay here if u have small kid stay here .. location is good ... don’t expect anything from management it’s not a hotel so u need to manage everything... extra electricity cost is there for us it comes around 240 only for 3 days . Note : we have not used AC during our stay ....

There was no one to check me in my room. And the rooms were not prepared and they started to clean when i checked in. The area isnt the best because of construction

The main road to the location is in a very crowded and dirty with garbage dumps and sewage. The property itself is in a lane which is like a village. Though the location states - saket in the listing, it is very far from the main saket area and a long drive from anywhere. Despite informing the host of our time of arrival, there was no one to receive us and we had to make a few calls before anyone came with the key. The property cleaning starts only after 11am, we stayed for 8 days for work and despite asking the host to get it cleaned before we had to leave for the day, he didn't make an effort to make it happen even on the days we left after 11am. I needed an iron box and had to call several times before i was told that the 4 irons they had, have been given to guests and they don't have a record of which rooms they are in. The iron wasn't arranged at all during our whole stay. The apartment inside was clean and spacious and had the required amenities for a comfortable stay. That was the only redeeming feature.

Very good cleanliness and space was good for the group. We also enjoyed cooking and the washroom was also good
