Hotel location is good. The hotel needs immediate renovation. The rooms needs cleaning. The Bathrooms are not upto business hotel standards.

stay was nice. but there was no mini fridge nd wifi was not working. had to ask for basic things like toilet paper, slipper, dental kit etc etc. though they provide after asking. room is a little old AC was preset on 24 fan was making sound but the food was good nd room is specious but not that clean.

1.Tap water or room is very dirty, seems to be from bore well. 2. During check out on 27th May 25 morning ,I asked for food bill payment ,the receptionist person in told me that I don't have any food bil,I mentioned that I have signed one bill of around Rs 620 ,the person told me that their G pay and Card payment is not working for which I need to pay in cash,which I paid and for which ,I have not received any receipt. It seems that it has been done deliberately so that the male person in the reception can take the payment for himself without any record. Strict action should be taken for this kind of person and hotel. This hotel is not at all recommended for stay

Had gone for a business trip to Agartala and found the property to be decent and ideal for small trips . Clean rooms, clean washrooms and well behaved staff .

Hotel is small but charges like 3 star category.. Room AC is fixed at 24 celcius,we can not adjust and brakefast is very limited.

Overpriced food plus worst quality food as per the price highly not recomended at all. Won’t book again for sure.

I stayed at Parkline Classic from March 14 till March 24. The staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms was very clean with cleaning done everyday. Restaurant was good and the food was delicious. The Restaurant staff, especially Deepa Debbarma, was very attentive and prompt. My only complaint is that many items on their menu were not available. So kindly include more variety in your menu. I will always recommend this hotel to anyone.
