Very bad staff. Especially the Manager was misbehaving with the guests. I do not recommend anyone to stay here, if the staff doesn't know the minimum courtesy of how speak to their guest's. The manager used abusive language. They said you can leave when i asked to reapir my door lock which is not working properly.When i said i had paid money for this booking and where i go its already 1 am itna raat main mujhe jana pade bohut dur.room bhi nahi diya.And they took money for 2 people .please kindly take necessary action.

Nice and comfortable stay. Cordial & Helpful staff. Nice food and can serve customize menu suitable on your requirement.

With complementary breakfast i.e. with puri sabji or Paratha Sabji they do not provide Sunny Side up / Omlet, simply its out of their policy, In home tea cater containing sugar, coffee and Dip-Tea pack but without milk powder pouch, when asked for Milk they simply told its out of their policy to provide

Hotel is good maintain. Staffs behaviour is good. Maintain hygienic. Overall good.

Extremely disappointing instance from the management team of Hotel Himalaya. Me and my friend were denied entry as we were unmarried couple. we had booked our day literally 3 hours ahead of reaching the hotel as it was a family emergency where we had to go support our friend for a death in her family. The hotel asked us to get the refund through MMT however they outright rejected approval to the MMT team stating that it was solely our fault. Extremely inhumane and fraudulent action by the management team

Overall, Hotel Himalaya is an excellent choice for anyone looking for great service, tasty food, and clean accommodations. The overall experience was good. As per sq. Feet area of room, the room tariff is a little bit high. The hotel is neat and clean and the staff are also very polite and cooperative. The restaurant in the hotel has a variety of tasty and quality food.
