Our stay at Ginger Agartala was very comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were neat and cleaned and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The food quality was also good. Room cleanliness is good, wash room cleanliness was absolutely fine over all maintenance is upto the mark and staff behaviour is fine specially Mr Shubrajit is very helpful and cooperative. My stay was okay. The staff were very helpful and supportive. However, I encountered a few issues: the AC in my first room wasn't working, requiring a room change, and the shower in the second room was broken (though it was fixed promptly after I reported it). A recurring annoyance was the staff's expectation of tips for every fix. While this Ginger Agartala is good by Agartala standards, there's significant room for improvement.

Excellent service provided by the front officers. There was no ash tray at the motel rooms. Cleanliness was excellent
