The experience was terrible. Hotel ambiance was not good and food was not good. Most disappointing thing was the hygiene. Bed sheet pillow covers were used and the blacket was smelly. So totally a horrifying experience it was.

Service is very poor. After being paid for complementary breakfast, still they tried to charge me for breakfast. And breakfast is terrible. I will not suggest anyone to get this hotel as some unwanted activities could be seen. Worst hotel in agartala.

No towels provided, no handwash, no soap. The bedsheets were stained. The blankets had no cover. The charge for a 3* for a price of 1. The smelly rooms were too much to handle. I had to leave the hotel in 15 mins.
