Previous stays were very good and have given good reviews but this time it was bad. I booked a super delux room but was given saying that the room was upgraded to executive room but it was filty with torn bedsheet pillow and king size bed wow joined by 2 single bed... very uncomfortable sheep I had. The floor of the room was sticky too. the tables were not clean and I could literaly see the stain in it. May be renovation was going on so I could hear the irritating sound. However, the front staff and houskeeping staff were polite.

Door lock was very problematicwith some faultoccurringagain and again. The food was not at all tasty, also there were very few veg options and no prior informationwas given at the booking time about the changes in menu during the festival. Although staff was cooperative but the stay experiencewas not satisfactory.
