The room was small but okay....the main problem was cleanliness bedsheets were stained with several marks from food from the previous customers I think. The washroom was not cleaned, the pan was not cleaned. In fact, there were no towels either. We needed to call several times. The food we ordered was lukewarm, and next to cold. Overall, we were not satisfied with this stay.

Hotel need maintenance. Room allotted to me without window I requested to change the same but it didn’t happened. Otherwise House keeping, Room Service and Food is awesome.

The ambience and service was really good. Staff were very good, they greeted well and their behaviour is really really good which is appreciating. The entire staff were very helpful and it showed how well mannered they are. Food was also nice and overall a very comfortable stay.

AC was not working properly. After calling so many times ....they called mechanic but it was not repaired. Though they offered room change. House Keeping do not respond in time. Otherwise its good. The location is in the heart of the city. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. The food quality is also very good. The amenities and service is also very good. The location of the hotel is very good. The services provided by the hotel staff were very good barring a few instances. However, our overall experience was good.

Nothing to say good of this property, Rs. 5000/- per night hotel claimed water bottol price beyond 1L, no towels in the rooms, bed cover & pillow covers are dirty, too much mosquito in the room

It is a budget hotel for business travelers. Most of the guests are on business trips. Rooms are clean and ok. Most of the first floor rooms do not have any view. I stayed for 5 nights and requested for a room with a window view but it was not accepted. Instead they shifted me to another room on the same floor with a view of the AC vent. The rooms are clean but bathrooms have stains. Service is good. Food quality is also good. However during my 5 days stay, the breakfast spread is always the same.

One of the finest hotels of Agartala. The rooms are very spacious and the food is amazing... very minimal time for check-in and the staff is very cooperative and cordial

I stayed there for 2 nights and checkout on 2nd day. The room was properly maintained with comfortable amenities. Bathroom was clean and provision for tea/coffee was provided in the room itself. Ac was good but bit noisy. I would suggest the management to do something to make it quite. Otherwise all was OK.

The stay is good but the food is very bad. The location is convenient. Overall staying experience is average but be cautious when ordering the food they may serve stale food with very over price.

Very good experience in terms of Staff Behavior, Food (Dinner & Breakfast), Room Service, Hospitality etc like last time. We spent very nice time with my family in Agartala. Tks.

The room (107) was in extremely shabby condition. Paint and plaster was chipping off the walls. The room always had mosquitoes and the liquid repellant provided was not effective at all. The commode had stains and looked nearly brown. I even found a dead cockroach in my room on the last day. The food quality was also not good. The room did not have the updated menu card. Overall, very terrible experience. Maybe they provide such pathetic rooms customers deliberately.
