very good extraordinary mind blowing just awesome I can't say anything more than that I don't have any work to explain my feelings

Pillow they given were flat lumpy, beds not comfortable, whole night sound of some machine , no sunlight in rooms, few breakfast option in buffet, Staff behaviour was good. overall it Doest worth the price.

The room was good and spacious, The location was also in the proper market place , food and service was also good.

Booking process was good. But booking rescheduled horrible. My booking date was 07-09 oct/25 for 02 nights, 02 rooms(Paid). Due to flight delay instantly I call to property given contact no. but failed. Later I called to make my trips concern person (03 times) to reschedule my stay only for 08/oct. That was ok until then. When I arrived at the property for check in they told me that your booking was cancelled. I was shocked. That day due to rain & considering other circumstances I've to booked 01 room with 01 extra bed & I had to pay for that but I've not received my refund yet. Property location, food & staff behaviour is good but amenities is not upto the mark.

Rooms are shabby , TV Not working , Bathroom is not clean . At overall level hotel need renovation

The location is good, the staff are good, the rooms, facility are average, and the food is very good.

I was stayed in room no-305- The AC was not worked properly, not cooling the room and I used the Fan available out there! Also Dropping waters in the floor inside the room when on the AC. TV available out there and the same was not good and works!!!! Room is overall good seems to be old....

All rooms in King Club is not spacious, size varies, but rooms are clean. Behaviour of staffs are really good

I was not satisfied by staying here, bathroom condition was not good here and continuously I was getting bad smell from the bothrooM

Room is good. Service is poor. Again Food is good. But everyday I have to keep waiting for fresh towels and reception says to contact house keeping and house keeping does not respond over intercom. On 06-012025 even I had to wait till 10.30 pm for a fresh towel. Reception welcome or on daily basis when you face somebody at reception nobody is having even greets you. It felt like “farak nahin padta “ type.

I enjoyed staying here, hotel staff are excellent. Location is right at town, easy access for everything. Thank you, i would love to come and stay here whenever i come to agartala.

As per mm t room should be city view but they denied to provide. Lift is not working properly. Room is smelling bad

Good but the toilet leakages in flush & shower taps and wasting water. Water is preservative and keep it for future generations
