Very poor behaviour... No food available... outside food supplies at the time of dinner. extra take Rs 300 for early checking.

The room was very good,,, room service was excellent but breakfast was horrible. Any snacks like pakora was pathetic but the main course like macher jhol Or chicken kosa was excellent.

Good location and friendly staff located at heart of the city nearby Reliance smart bazaar, easy to reach station and take auto or taxi, provides breakfast and dinner good food

please check your food quality, location wise it's good, amenities are good and the behaviour of the staff's were very helpful

Very nice budget accommodation. The manager and the staff were cooperative to the maximum possible extent.

Heavy mosquito was there in the room. No wifi was there for 2 days. Only a couple of hours wifi connection was present. Not a good room to stay. Asked for mosquito repellent, not provided by the hotel.

Classic rooms are not neat and many insects, mosquitoes and worms are there in the room. The fan is very short distance and difficult for the kids.

The room which was given to me this time was not good, smelly and good also i didn’t found satisfactory. I was getting good deal from ginger but still i choose d swati deep and i think it was my loss. Also they don’t have proper day wise food bill which is again troublesome for me.

It was a shabby place not worth the price. A temporary partition has been put in a garage area to make it look like a room. Noises can be heard from one room to another. The helpers/reception boy play loud music on their mobiles which disturbs a lot.

Rooms are too small with minimum space in the rooms with separate washrooms and the room is dependent and not enough space for the two persons and

Food must say very homely and tasty and fresh. Staff behavior is friendly. Overall very nice. Rooms are also clean.
