Charulata Boutique Guest House

The hotel is in a completely dirty and unhygienic condition. The owner himself is not maintaining the rooms properly. There are bedbugs, foul smells, and an overall filthy environment. I stayed there for two nights, and it was a very painful and unpleasant experience. Even after informing you, I don’t expect any proper action from your side. I’m simply sharing my terrible experience so that others are aware.

The hotel is too dirty, there is a growing fungus around the walls and ceiling, don't opt for this hotel and price is quite high.

The hotel room was way different. The toilet was unclean with unmaintained faucets and poor bucket mugs. When asked owner/manager for a change, he said "this is the only room in the category you booked" and hence no change no upgrade. Please note that the room shown in the pictures is different than what a customer actually gets and he is told "this is the only room. I have decided to never book because, this is the case everywhere, you are shown what is not true. It was a badly maintained hotel and room

they do not have fans in the room and in power back up ac doesn’t work. They still dint cancel the booking and give refund. He started blantanrly lying saying ac is working I won’t refund. Beware and never book. Also want to add after seeing this review the hotel owner called my phone and abused me. There should be a strict action taken against this property owner

I had a wonderful stay for the weekend at the homestay. The room was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and approachable. 100% recommend for anyone who wishes to stay in agartala

Rooms are not fresh and smells damp. The acs are also smelly. Bathrooms fittings as well maintenance not up to mark. Overall, the property needs to improve housekeeping and maintenance

We stayed for only 1 day in charulata boutique guest house. Room was not clean and service was also very poor. Power cuts were happening frequently and only one fan and light was functional at the time of power cut.

Polite and decent while welcoming guests. Can improve the maintenance level though. Had a great stay at the hotel.
