Hotel Sonar Tori

The rooms were cozy, the availability of Bar, conference rooms also are a plus. The service of all the restaurant staff, the Room service staff, and the reception staff are all very nice. They are well spoken and polite. It is kid friendly. I would like to put a special mention to the food. It's just amazing. The taste, the freshness all first class. Thank you Sonar Tori team for making my stay memorable

I am really overwhelmed by the friendly and professional nature of staffs . I want to thank staff who was at the time of our check in who guided us to explore tourist attractions of Agartala in a short period . Only because of his suggestion we could visit Akhaura checkpost as well as evening shows of Ujjayanta palace in a same day. Thank you Sonar Tori

Overall, the Hotel Sonar Tori has very good ambience. Room and bathroom is good. Quite convenient place. On the negative side, choice of b/f is limited for veg items. More importantly, staff at the restaurant have some kind of attitude. They do not have manners to greet the customers and show blanch faces. Do not consider the customers feedback.

It was pleasant stay.Staff were very co-operative.Sevices excellent.Food was very good.Room was spacious and pleasant. Wash room is not of standard.No bath cubicle and exhaust was not good.Location,food, amenities and services were very good

Location wise the property seems to be located well,food is good but serving time is mostly high. staff is well behaved and knowledgeable to handle issues swiftly.We had a brief stay at the Hotel Sonar Tori and seemed alright overall

All the linen, bed cover, towels are cleaned. everything is available. staff are very courteous. I recommend this Hotel Sonar Tori for business trip, official trip even family also

Toilet fittings may improve. Towels are old. Food are good but a bit overpriced.

Everything was good. Hotel is good. But the food. I have a little objection. I had an upset stomach after eating breakfast.

At the time of booking inclusions like breakfast was not mentioned, also furniture in the room was not properly designed to suit room size.
