They are charging more in mmt. The television set didn't work. The room were not cleaned properly. Staff wasn't wearing mask despite the fact that the owner himself was tested covid positive but he never wears a mask.

Worst experience ever in terms of service, cleanliness, furniture, decorations and many more. An old person is thE receptionist, he talks like he is favoring us by providing a room. Room was very dirty including bed, floor, bathroom. Pillows are smelly. All the old furniture kept inside. Most surprisingly they alert us 3 times before 12 o'clock to leave the room as their another guest is in queue. Before we leave 2 room service boy were waiting in front of door and watching us like stranger. Being a customer of MakeMyTrip, I request to cancel the contract with such a Hotel like this. What I have noticed only the food is good.
