service or not good. One night One midnight it's about 1:30 current is gon but no one Swiss the generator till 8 o'clock in the morning. even no one receive a call as well

I AM A BUSINESS TRAVELLER, I NEED GOOD FOOD AND COMFORTABLE STAY. IN THIS HOTEL DO NOT TAKE FOOD. TRY ORDER THROUGH ZOMATO, THEY DON'T HAVE OPTION

Not good everything in hotel

food is not up to the mark . They are giving complementary breakfast which is a very limited one or two items you can select . I have to confine within the limit.Also overprice for menu as compared to quality of the food.

Price & room are not justified. Compare to room price is too high. Mosquitos are everywhere. Dont go if not any emergency

Hotel is in the centre of city but room facilities / amenities are very very poor. Tv was not working so as the geyser. Did not get hot water for bathing. It was on the hotel people's wish that for ac they put the main switch off now and then. Washroom is not good, and full of cockroaches which comes to your bed at night. Only one towel and one hand towel were provided for three days stay. Hand towel was heavily damaged. Water bottles are not complementary, you need to pay separately. Although i did not try the food, but breakfast in the morning is not good. It was a set menu of green peas (matar) sabji with white wheat roti everyday that too under cooked. Make a note that they do not serve pratha in breakfast. Breakfast was always served cold. I booked the room for 4 days but after day three i tried to cancel the onee day booking which the property owner did not allow. On the other hand makemytrip also did not helped in the matter. So incase, you are doing a booking through makemytrip, just have clarity for midway cancellation. Overall, i would not suggest anyone to book rooms in hotel executive inn. It's waste of money.

Pathetic service, the owner of the hotel is always drunk. Only 1 guy to take orders and provide all services, the phone in the room doesn’t work, the guest have to work all the way to reception even ask for a bottle of water.

I was detained for 1 hour saying that we have not deal with makemytrip i also continuously call makemytrip customer care but no option to talk to the executive of makemytrip, i also the confirm massage from makemytrip still deny by the woman receptionist after some time a gentleman comes and check the mail and confirm me i want to suggest one request to the hotel management that hotel management is about hospitality not to show of ego even when i ask for gst invoice using the word phaltu he

Hotel room condition is not good at all. Room is dirty condition. Bathrooms are not good. The most important thing is breakfast is worst

This hotel is partially under construction. There is no proper entry exit facility. In case any emergency there is no escape rout
