it's not a hotel, there is no room delivery they have no kitchen, very poor quality food they are providing fom outside substandard hotel . as no AC room there is no open wide window. The bathroom is very narrow. over all there is no comfort. I stayed here due non refundable booking only.

It was a very unpleasant experience, although i had booking i was provided with a different room, and out of that the bathroom basin was leaking, the room wasn’t clean and many more, after arguing many times they changed my room.

The staff of this hotel are very inattentive and behaviours are rude. Though I booked the rooms well in advance, the rooms were not ready when we arrived one hour after the usual check in time. They kept us waiting for more than half of an hour. The rooms were not at all worth the money. AC and geyser were not in full working condition. Room service was also very poor.

I had absolutely terrible experience with Hotel Anurag Palace in Agartala, Despite confirming the check in the Hotel Manager and staff denied check in. Misbehaved with me and my friend. There is a lack of accountability of the manager and other hotel staff and are extremely rude in the way they speak.

Location is good! I asked the cleaning staff if they had toilet paper but he said they didn't. Amenities were only toel and soap bar. The bath had hot water and there were plenty of hooks and racks, which was great. The lock was old and hard to lock, and there was a strong cigarette smell coming in from the hallway.
