Review Of Hotel Anurag Palace

I had absolutely terrible experience with Hotel Anurag Palace in Agartala, Despite confirming the check in the Hotel Manager and staff denied check in. Misbehaved with me and my friend. There is a lack of accountability of the manager and other hotel staff and are extremely rude in the way they speak.

Worst Room Service . Front Office is always a Big Loud. No one Attends Phone cAll even for emergency. Most of the Time Lift didn't worked . Poor Power Backup.

HOTEL ROOM IS SPECIOUS...AS PER SUPER DELUX ROOM IS GOOD. BUT OUT SIDE FOOD IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. NO FOOD OPTION IN HOTEL. AREA VERY CONJUSTED...

Location is good! I asked the cleaning staff if they had toilet paper but he said they didn't. Amenities were only toel and soap bar. The bath had hot water and there were plenty of hooks and racks, which was great. The lock was old and hard to lock, and there was a strong cigarette smell coming in from the hallway.

Food- NOT AVAILABLE

food comes from outside because there is no restaurant. but room was to good

No silence maintained during late hours. Unable to sleep due to huge chaos & parties in the Hotel. Security & Management lapse in maintaining peace in the Hotel during night for the traveller.

The Hotel location is good place. The room and bathroom were clean. The hotel staff's behaviour was also very good.

Had a great stay at this hotel. The property is very clean and well-maintained, in a prime location. The staffs are very friendly and well behaved. Room dine-in food was also very good. Highly recommended

It was very horrible stay at hotel Anurag Palace. The behaviour of the staff was very bad, manner less even they do not know how to do behave with senior citizen and misconducting. Before booking I personally called the hotel representative whether proper parking is available or not and he has been confirmed me that proper parking is available at hotel but when I reached hotel along with my 70 years old mother I have surprised that there parking is in 200 mtr away from the hotel premises and in proper footpath. In addition to that staff was also not provided their basic amenities like drinking water and lift facilities and also reception counter telephone was also unattended since morning upto 8 o clock. So it was really worst experience about HOTEL ANURAG PALACE.

Place is good. Service is average. Rooms are good but lighting is inadequate in some of the rooms. Corridors are narrow. Overall good budget hotel in proper location.

From my recent stay have to say, it was one of the worst experiences i've ever had with a hotel. Upon arrival, i was informed that there was no availability for my reservation, despite having a confirmed booking. The staff seemed disinterested and offered no apology. Instead, they sent me to a different hotel, which was not at all what i had planned. The alternative accommodation was sub-par and not what i had paid for. When i expressed my frustration to the manager, they were incredibly rude and dismissive, showing no concern for the inconvenience caused. Overall, i felt scammed and utterly dissatisfied with the service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

They don't give anything in room. No complementary water no blanket no tissue. Washroom was super unclean. Their bedsheets unclean too. All over their service was 2000 percent poor

3 adult person room is very small, there was provide 1 nos double bed, so we are facing very trouble at night stay. After calling hotel owner provide 1 nos mattress.
