rooms are not clean. hotel stuff are not cooperative comparing to other hotels. price are too high for average rooms.

Tv not working, rooms were not clean

Very bad experience in this hotel. Staff was very rude. Tv and landline was not working there. No complimentary water was available in room. In breakfast they provide only one item and tea. At the check out time they are charging ro water. This property is like a normal hotel and not like makemytrip.

Room was good and clean. Food was not completely available.

Totally waste of money, doesn't have basic facilities,Like room intercom not working,but u didn't feel alone in ur room as lots of mosquito 🦟 and cockroach 🪳 are there to give you company.ice on cake is the washroom, which even don't have exhaust.

Like, low light, insect in the room, ac &fan not working properly, high price for drinking water etc.

Room was not clean, switch’s were in pethatic condition, towel was torne, service poor, over all not very good experience

Hygiene is poor and price is on a higher side as compared to quality and services offered.

Poor hygiene and service quality is not up to the mark, rather i would say the teriff is on the higher side as compared to the facility and quality of service.

Location wise its an excellent choice. Laundry service is not available. Quality and hygiene wise, i will rate below average. Food is costlier as compared to other restaurant. No compassion for guests.

The property location is very good in the middle of the city. From here you can go anywhere in the city in a short time. But the bathroom is very bad.

Room are mosquito infested, specially the low floors. Also the hotel needs good maintainence, the entrence door and the bathroom had broken hinges. The only plus point of this booking was the central location of hotel, it is right at the heart of city. The food was bland and overpriced, though the staff was helpful.

Rate of food items are not reasonable

Room is not ventilated properly. Feeling hotter at night times.

Due to pandemic condition service boys shortage.

Nothing much to say it's worst experience

Terrible experience in room no 305, dirty blankets, bed also not good. Booked for 1 night, could not sleep due to mosquitoes

Not recommended, only one staff is supportive
