groupDont judge with the photos there is no parking space, surroundings are not clean, filth everywhere. Lots of entertainment with mosquitoes from noon to morning. Space is small. Bedsheets, blankets and towels are dirty.

Excellent Stay
The caretaker here was really polite and helpful. The room and toilet was clean and cleaning was done everyday. It's within reasonable budget to stay here. Just a small hint. The hotel has printing and wooden shops adjacent to it. Sometimes, it might become uncomfortable exiting from the gate. Otherwise, stay in the hotel was really good. Add some more lines to the review. There is a temple also just near the hotel which gives you positive vibes because puja happens everyday with bell sounds. The staff is very polite. Got it

People are cooperative.
The location is good. However food is not available in the guest house. The rooms are average but good service.

Poor Stay
soloThere were rats in the room. No cleaning person came within 3 days of staying. In-spite of mentioning they did not change the room. The bathroom was not clean and hygienic.

Pest problem!
The rooms were okay. But there was a mice inside my room. It came from under the bed. The management needs to clean and sanitise the property thoroughly.

This is not a hotel, it's a homestay. Food is not avilable, you have to use zomato & others options. Entry of these homestay, is not good.

Excellent Stay
My stay was good room was clean and staff was good and responsive specially the chakma staff working there air-conditioning and cleaning all was good they clean whenever we ask them to check in and check out was hassle free and smooth all in all good amd worth the money. Very helpful house keeping staff mr. Dayanand. Lunch and dinner booked online and it was very good. In this flooded weather, got the services properly

Not great, but value for money
Ok from value for money perspective. Rooms are smaller in size. Staff behavior is also good. But they need to really focus on cleanliness and maintenance of the room. Bed sheets, blankets were not changed and had hair all over from previous stay i believe.
