The check-in experience was quite underwhelming. We had booked two rooms and were zapped to learn that our rooms were reserved on different floors. The rooms lacked air conditioning and on a very hot summer day, it felt like a furnace. The breakfast was fresh and hygienic. Overall, the hotel lacks vital amenities and falls very short on prompt and responsive service.
