Terrible Stay
Very bad experience with this hotel

Dear guest as far as we remember you requested us to book a taxi for you for a whole week. You however didn't told us that you had already booked a cab. We reserved the driver for you for the whole week and the price was fixed with you. You told us multiple times on call to reserve you a cab. I even have the chats and call records. The driver incurred loss because he was confirmed with you and so he didn't pick any other trips. So kindly pay the cancellation fees if the driver and also for the extra bedding that you took. Please clear the outstanding payment with the hotel first!

Dear guest we would like to clarify somethings, as we already told you before checkin that due to the weather being cold, it might take sometime for the hot water to come. And also heating was limited as we had already mentioned you in our policy beforehand.

Excellent Stay with Great Service!
I recently stayed at hotel Palam Hill , and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. My room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, and I enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep.

Excellent Stay
Very nice staff, rooms are cleaned and garden with roses are beautiful. Restaurant service is very nice along with food quality

familyNice hotel with parking, freshly cooked food is good, cooked only once you order. Nice location. View of hills.

Excellent Stay
Really a very nice hotel to stay with cordial and obedient staffs. We 2 families booked 3 rooms for 2 days (7 - 9th may, 2024) and feel it's "value for money" hotel. Services are quite satisfactory and hospitality is excellent. They tried to give their maximum which wasl exhibited during our need of medical emergency with one of the family members. Highly recommended for staying during leh ladakh visit.

The stay was amazing the room quality is damn good also the staff was too good and very friendly must stay property with perfect ambience
